We are pleased to offer you shipping for our official IMC Merchandising Collection. Deliveries are currently exclusively possible to delivery addresses within Austria.

To ensure prompt and secure delivery, we ship your products reliably and climate-neutrally with DPD.
Shipping Costs
The shipping costs are calculated transparently in the shopping basket and at checkout:
- Standard shipping Austria: flat rate of € 9.90
- Free shipping: from € 100.00 order value (within Austria)
Shipping Processing & Delivery Time
- Production on Demand: After receipt of your order, your items are usually produced and ready for dispatch within 5-7 working days.
- Shipping takes place from Monday to Friday (excluding Austrian public holidays).
- Should delivery delays occur in exceptional cases, we will inform you by e-mail immediately after your order.
Sustainability & Selection Orders
To conserve resources and avoid overproduction, we do not mass-produce. Each item from our clothing collection is printed specifically for you only after your order (“Print on Demand”).
We therefore kindly ask you, in the interest of sustainability, to refrain from so-called “selection orders” (e.g. ordering the same item in three different sizes to try on). Please use our detailed size charts provided directly on the product pages to find the right size straight away.
Returns & Withdrawal
For the majority of our product range, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods applies.
1. Regular Withdrawal (Standard Collection)
You have the right to withdraw from your order of standard items within 14 days without giving any reason. The goods must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please note that the direct costs of returning the goods are to be borne by the buyer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept parcels sent carriage forward (unpaid postage).
2. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Personalisation
Please note: According to § 18 Para. 1 No. 3 FAGG (Austrian Distance Selling Act), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to individual customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
- This applies to: All products with a custom name print or other personalisation. These items are excluded from return and exchange.
3. Complaints Regarding Damage or Misprints
Should a product arrive damaged or if there is a technical printing error (regardless of whether it is a standard or personalised item), we naturally take full responsibility. In this case, we will provide a replacement promptly and free of charge.
How to proceed with a return:
Please contact us mandatorily by e-mail at [email protected] before returning any items. Inform us of your order number and your request (e.g. “exchange size” or “damaged product”). Our support team will then provide you with the exact return address and assist you with a smooth process.
